This was the best meal on our trip to Cascais. We called ahead about an hour to reserve a table and they were able to seat me and my wife no problem. We started off with the sangria which was the best I've ever had, with an order of snails which were delightful. I ordered the grilled tuna and my wife ordered the steak with pepper sauce... amazing! Staff was friendly, menu was clean and concise and it felt like a local restaurant. I couldn't ask for a better meal, we already made our reservation here for our last night of our trip. Highly recommend. Also, the hours on yelp aren't accurate. They have been open every night we checked so it would be worth checking even if yelp says it's closed.

This restaurant is located at the Mercado da Vila of Cascais on the second floor. Apparently it is common here that you have to wait to get seated. We had to wait for about half an hour before we were seated. This really was a test for my patience, we nearly went to another restaurant. Once seated we could order food rather quickly, and they were served quickly as well. The dishes are very simple, but very tasty nonetheless, high quality ingredients here. The waiters seem to like their jobs, and were eager to help. If you don't like busy, chaotic or noisy places, this restaurant is not for you. The last amazement came when we received the check: food is very cheap here!
