strange menu, with appetizers of cured meats, cheeses, tartare followed by a loin of pork and ribbed and then pour into a risotto followed by sweet and coffee. dishes prepared with food of their own production but the menu sequence is definitely heavy. the room too small for all those people, a tremendous stirring that hardens you to talk to other people. maybe better focus on quality, presentation and some less gues...
