I booked this facility for a Sunday lunch specifying that I would arrive around 13:30, I arrived at the club at 13:45 but they had already occupied my table and were not available other tables, they then invented the excuse that if they were wrong to mark the arrival time (instead of 13:30 they had marked my arrival at 12:30) and for this they had canceled my reservation.
