"Two local friends who were born in the Naples area and have lived there forever took me to I Masanielli They both independently said this is their favorite place for Neopolitan food. They are famous for their pizza. My favorite was the margarita and the...parmesano but they were all great. My friends also said Naples is famous for fried food, and this restaurant is the king of fried food. So we also had 3 kinds of fried food. One was potato, one was and one was pasta. Being from California, I don't normally eat fried food, but I must say these were all fantastic. We finished the meal with fried pizza. It does not sound that great but you really should try it. They basically put ricotta and parma ham into the pizza dough and fry it. It is so creamy and smooth. I wont have to eat for 3 days but this was truly a great experience."

"I've already been a few times to this nice restaurant. This time was with some friends. The service was courteous and efficient. Taking into account also past experience, I would say that the atmosphere is warm and hospitable in winter, while in summer a nice, green patio makes it for a welcome getaway from the heat of the town. The food we tried was excellent. Lately, I also noticed an increasing attention to the use of local produce, which makes the experience interesting beyond the usual fare of local quality restaurants. The excellence of desserts nevertheless remains a constant of the menu. It is definitely a place where to head for while visiting the area."

"Worst restaurant experience in italy so far. we wanted to ask if we need a reservation to eat there. the person I spoke to asked how many, and I said about people. he asked if we could wait for minutes and I said yes. we are here, we sat on a long table and they took our orders. we have already drunk our wein than this other person tells us that our table is reserved for someone else. they took us away! we were a party of families with children, we were all hungry and have taken us after leaving! we felt very humiliated and discriminated. I can't tell them if it's good to eat, but if they treat people like that, I wouldn't get up my hopes."

"Cozy restaurant in a corner street in Caserta. Ordered the Spigola fish with pasta for 3 people, house wine, and one bottle of water. Taste was solid. Service cordial. With The Fork 20% discount price was €88 total. I would come back again and try other plates. As far as the price, I would say it’s at the higher end of what I would expect for an more informal place like this. Overall, worth the visit and recommend it but being doing an honest review just realize prices, even with The Fork discount, will be on the higher end."
