I have been a regular customer of 7-Eleven and being to all the stores in Canberra, and i can clearly feel the difference in this store! Most of the time (especially morning) the staff provides you an excellent customer service, the coffee machine is always clean, sandwich cabinet and chocolates are all stocked up! Normally go here and people are very kind and good customer service (smiling and basic good manners and ettiquette), Today I went and accidentally scanned my card without telling the register operator, operator then told me that I need to tell them before hand (I understand that and agree with him telling me), operator then scolded me when I got ready to scan it (but hadn’t scanned yet) I apologised and operator made...
