This morning I was at Don Carlos bar to buy croissants and browse. The pastry is not his art: it is a cookie filled with cream that has no taste. The croissant is not a croissant: it is a brioscina filled with chocolate. According to my opinion, it is not up to the name and the price quality ratio is very low, only appearance.
