What User likes about Hibachi Supreme Buffet:
Ironically I live like a quarter mile from this place and leave it regularly on the way to work, but today I was the first day in this place and my true honest assessment is that this will probably be somewhere where I eat regularly. Huge selection of food. Nice restaurant. Friendly service. Attentive employees. Unfortunately the food was hit and miss. I almost ate off of a dirty plate and the salt shaker had residue View all feedback.

In my opinion, this is the best to eat well maintained, cleanest buffet! They seem to pay attention to which food options run low or near time and then replace...

"Hard to understand the positive reviews, this was one of the worst meals I’ve had. The soup was terrible, the vegetables were mushier than I thought was even possible. The salad was literally just iceberg lettuce with precooked mini shrimp and store bought dressing. Oh, and a single, oddly warm, cherry tomato. So weird. I had the chicken parm, it was definitely not hammered thin or breaded. It seemed to be a precooked grilled chicken breast completely drowned in marinara. The spaghetti that came on the side was over-cooked and flavorless. I don’t think a single part of the meal was cooked fresh. On a positive note, the service was very good. The kitchen was a bit slow getting our plates out but it was packed so that’s understandable. If the food was even decent, the price would have been very reasonable. I try to support independent places whenever I can and avoid leaving bad reviews, but honestly the food was just SO bad."
