Its probably one of the most americanized Mexican restaurants in Casper. I've tried the chile relleno at most Mexican restaurants in town and this one was a chile omelet not a chile relleno. Its not hard to whip up some eggs whites to give it the chile relleno taste instead of a breakfast omelet.
