"I went with my family to Cássia on 07/14/2023 to visit the sanctuary and also to spend the weekend in the city. When leaving the sanctuary we saw the sign of the restaurant and decided to go there for lunch. We got there at 1:50 pm, we asked how it worked and we decided to eat as much as we wanted because we thought it would be more worthwhile. My cousin asked the attendant if she would replace the food but she said no because when we arrived she was already removing everything because they closed at 14:00. We still ate there because we didn't think we'd find any other restaurants in time. I have a restaurant so I also have a closing time. However, I have the decency to warn my customer (in a polite way) that the food is not hot, and that several options on my menu are already goneor better yet, I say that I prefer not to serve it because I know that the quality is not the same. The attendant was clearly uncomfortable with our arrival, treated us badly, removed the remaining food before we stopped eating and even when we went to pay she was rude. So, my advice to anyone going to Cássia is DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. The food isn't great, and the service has gotten worse. If we had bought bread with mortadella we would have been happier."
