"I came to eat at this restaurant 4 times. Twice I came in the evening during the week in the off-season so it was great, quick service, very good meal, friendly staff. No complaints. But twice I came with family, 3 children and at least 4 adults, for lunch on the weekend. There were a lot of people, the staff was overwhelmed, the service was very slow and messy. The last time, I didn't have a starter, so they brought me my dish at the same time (5/10 minutes after) that they served the starters. So I eat, then 1 hour of waiting before everyone else finally has their dishes. But when the dishes arrive, the children's paninis are missing (they had forgotten them). So we are told that we prepare them quickly (during this time the adults eat their dish). When it finally arrives the panini are all white and cold, the cheese is not even melted. We see them again in the kitchen, another 5/10 minutes of waiting, the children can finally eat. More than deplorable service, no apology from the bosses or commercial gesture. Really disappointed. It's good, but the service is not good when there are too many people. I'm not sure I'll come back."

"I guess we had bad luck, we were a group of 23 people, I know it's difficult to manage a large group, but the manners were everything. The day before we went to ask if they could join tables and a waitress told us that they did not reserve but that if there was space we could join tables and get together, all great. The next day we arrive and another waiter attends us, and suddenly the one who I suppose was the owner comes out and in a bad manner tells us that they do not reserve and that they do not collect, I tell him that we already know about the reservation but that the girl told us what to collect Yes, he insists shouting, and after the thing escalated super fast we told him that next time he should coordinate better with his employees and there will be no confusion, he sends us to where the light does not shine and so we go to the hostel-restaurant where the experience was Brilliant, highly recommend looking at the reviews.
