we stayed at the palazzo di varignana resort and found this a great dinner option. they can go to the restaurant in a few minutes. the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. we had many of the dishes there, as we had eaten there 3 nights during our stay. prefers the gourmet restaurant in the hotel.
