excellent pizza, wide choice of ingredients, various choice of doughs (normal, integral, kamut and gluten-free,) also choice of the type of mozzarella (normal, lactose-free, mozzarisella. ) I personally took the gluten-free one, as an allergic one, and I must say that it is excellent. super recommended for everyone! on the weekend now tip there is a little wait, armed with patience but it is worth it. great pizza, definitely the best of castelfranco!
