What Ludovica Pierantoni doesn't like about Km.19:
On a day when there were few shops open I asked for the courtesy of being able to use the bar bathroom for my 4 year old son. I was DENIED and asked to consume. Given the rude and inhuman response, we would never, ever have consumed (without needing anything), which we would naturally have done after resolving the emergency.
