Hola, me llamo Javier Font y soy chef en un restaurante en primera línea de playa en Peñíscola. Conozco a Ferran (el jefe de cocina) porque estudiamos juntos en la escuela. Me enteré de que estaba en un nuevo restaurante y no pude resistir la oportunidad de visitar el local y probar su menú. Fui con un amigo que también trabaja en hostelería y nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva. El restaurante tiene un bonito salón y una carta con una gran variedad de pescados, mariscos, arroces, carnes y postres caseros, además de menús para dietas especiales. La comida fue excelente, como era de esperar de Ferran, y disfrutamos de un buen riveiro acompañando los diversos pescados, postre y café. Tanto mi amigo como yo coincidimos en que todo estaba genial. Sin duda, es un restaurante recomendable para todo tipo de público. Javier Font.
Hola a todos!!! Me llamo Bertín, tengo 45 años y me encanta la buena comida. Mi esposa Rocío y yo visitamos muchos restaurantes en todo el país en busca de nuevos sabores, recetas y talentos. Nos recomendaron este nuevo restaurante y aceptamos encantados. Aunque no tenía información previa sobre él, puedo decir que ahora se ha convertido en uno de mis favoritos. Desde que entramos, notamos el excelente trato y la amabilidad de los empleados, nos llevaron a nuestra mesa y nos dieron los menús. Tienen una gran variedad de platos, todos con el mar de fondo. Pedí unas navajas y un delicioso arroz del senyoret (un plato que me recomendaron probar ya que soy de León y no lo conocía), y debo decir que estaban deliciosos. En resumen, desde mi experiencia en restauración, recomiendo visitar este restaurante que desprende profesionalidad, buen gusto y excelente trato en cada rincón. Gracias, un abrazo, Bertín Lepor.
Anoche descubrimos este restaurante y nos encantó. Nos atendió el chef, muy joven pero encantador, y comimos diversas tapas como canelones, gambas, kokotchas y pescadito frito. Pedimos un surtido variado porque éramos 6 personas y teníamos diferentes gustos. Después probamos las tartas caseras del restaurante, todas muy exquisitas. A todos nos encantó, ¡volveremos a repetir!
