Low quality/price ratio. Food cooked in a proximal way, quality of raw materials average. Going to a restaurant should be synonymous with special dishes that cannot be reproduced at home. The dishes proposed could easily be reproduced by any Italian who was minimally indoctrinated and familiar with reading and reproducing any recipe book.
