Contrary to what might seem from the title the Local belongs to a 5 star hotel and the dehor is breathtaking. Overlook the Sciliar-Catinaccio Nature Park (Alpe di Siusi), in the background the Sciliar Massif. We order marinated tomatoes with Mozzarelline produced with local hay milk, basil and roasted pine nuts.
