the płace opens around 19 o'clock, but the staff was friendly enough to welcome us around 18 o'clock. no English menu or English speaking staff, unfortunately. but the pinas were really good and crusty, I had the Vegghi piece with zucchini and dried tomatoes. the sweet pinsas are extremely sweet and not so big coffee. there are not many places to eat in CASTELVETRANO, so we were glad to find la pinsata. But seriously all the way over on the flight was craving the caponata, Sicilian salad And mio dio the pesce Spada AMAZING Plus we had the red Mazzara prawns Sooo good, Paulo recommended a couple of wines that we so enjoyed to compliment the meal"
