Upon arriving, our check in went smoothly. One thing to note is to make sure you enter the discount code for the car park as this can make a significant difference in cost. The service when serving food was good and the standards were high as well. I want to make a note about the chef who came out to take our order and she was very entertaining! Nothing wrong with the room's, food or location. But as you enter the building a touch screen reminds about paying for parking. You automatically do this and it charges you £8 for an overnight stay. At the check in desk the person reminds you about paying for the car park and you reply yes we have done that at a cost of £8. We then got told if you have used the discount code what he pointed to on the counter tops you would of only paid £4 !!! Ask about getting your overcharged money back and it becomes a joke.... Next people who came in experienced the same thing. Well done Premium Inn !!! I'm sure you need to treat people like this to survive ??? Very disappointed you wanted an extra £4 from me....
