"I have been a customer from when they opened in castle hill to start with it was awesome ! However now I find as with my order today their attention and caring about the food has gone today ordered chicken with HONEY GARLIC sauce on the side NO SAUCE PROVIDED Gami chips ordered they came undercooked and hard had to re cook them in air fryer for over 5 Mins on 200 degrees my daughters chips and nuggets were the same story so had to fix hers we ordered Beef Bulgogi came over cooked and tough with a small boiled rice and practically NO vegetables so very unimpressed could have bought the meat from butcher and cooked it better myself finally we also got the chicken thigh burger with coleslaw and chips included Again the chips very under cooked and batter falling off so AGAIN had to re cook and the burger came with minimal sauce and the coleslaw was very dry unusual for a coleslaw but yes ... So In closing I will not be comming back Im sick of paying a premium for mediocre food at BEST"

"Great food and such a nice smell from the cooking. The TripAdvisor recommendation was spot on and that’s actually why my friend and I decided to come here. It’s nice to visit a cafe that is away from the busy shopping centres at this time...of the year, especially if you want to have a good conversation with a friend. The coffee was the best I’ve had in a while. Loved the veggie burger. Wholesome food that’s not swimming in fat and sauces. Just wish the decor was a bit better."

"Ordered burgers from here on a Saturday night via a food delivery app. The Betty's double and classic, plus the usual extras like fries and onion rings. The first question I asked myself after devouring the meal, is why I waited so long to try this place out! Great burgers, just pure cheesy oily goodness. If I'm having a burger, I want a burger, not some poser, and that's what I got, the real deal kind of burger."
