We've been patrons at this Dickey's for several months now. Last month we had a very large carryout order (2XL family packs). The staff checked and double-checked our order. We were missing two sides. Not only did they throw in an extra side for the oversight but they also gave us two coupon cards for sandwiches on a future visit.
