"They used my card on wrong tablet, so I payed for my order and the order for other side of the line. It was an honest mistake. It was busy. I noticed this happening so I checked my bank account as it happened and sure enough my card was charged twice. I told the working manager and he said the order was voided. And to check my account to be sure it came off. Looked on bank account and noticed it was still not removed. The manager told me to write them an email. The email they provide doesnt work. So I decide to go down there and ask about it. The lady was very kind. And tried her best to help. She asked for my card. Which I showed her. And she wasn't able to find the order I was talking about which was very odd. She said she could give me points which I Didn't mind cuz I like this place. She scanned my Dutch bros app. And the points were never loaded. Out 15 bucks"
