I genuinely want to support this establishment, but I had a disappointing experience. There were three empty picnic tables in the beer garden, but the bartender informed me that I couldn't sit there because they reserve those spots for larger groups. That's frustrating! What User doesn't like about Wild Blue Yonder Brewing Co.:
My sandwich was dry, as if it had been sitting under heat lamps all day and then hastily packed. The egg was overcooked, and the small dollop of tomato sauce was dry as well. The buffalo chicken mac and cheese lacked flavor; it seemed like they just drizzled some buffalo sauce on top of the mac and cheese as an afterthought. The pulp was decent, but the cheese sauce tasted old and gummy.
