"Great place with excellent food and staff. I used the off license yesterday and was over the moon that my choice of red wine was at the perfect temprature straight off the shelf. It's small details like this that sets the Dunleath apart."

"We had an amazing stay at Adtara. We went with a midweek foodie experience, and it was well worth it. Two things really stood out to us: Food, and the Service. The tasting menu was really nice and well balanced. We had the opportunity to enjoy some lovely wines with it. The food came out promptly and it was beautifully presentation. The breakfasts were lovely, and their bar menu is nothing to put your nose up at either. Seán made our stay that much better. He gave us lots of ideas on where to spend our day in the Sperrins. He was good banter and a great host. The other waiters and cleaners were very efficient and lovely as well. All in all I would definitely recommend. It was a very personable and quaint stay where you got to know the other guests and staff a little in a really stunning country house. Rooms: Lovely rooms with ensuite bathrooms a fireplace and a big bed. Nearby activities: You are in the Sperrins need I say more. Also Dart Mountain cheese is near VERY good. Food drinks: AMAZING. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Romantic"
