"Book in advance, as this small salon du thè is quickly filled. Stéphane and Réjane work hard to make this charming little tea shop a friendly and relaxed place for lunch. No such thing as a 'simple salad ' here, as the salads are packed with...fresh ingredients, pasta, crudités, herbs etc, just delicious. Why not try the 'plat du jour ' the hot dish of the day, again tasty, fresh and accompanied with wonderful garnish. The desserts are to die for my favourite is certainly for the chocoholics, the 'truffon ' which is a brownie base topped with Grenache... All in all, an authentic experience and delicious food with friendly owners... Not to be missed!"

"Visited with friends on a Friday night. The restaurant was very busy but we found it cosy with very good service. The pasta and risotto were very enjoyable although my Orientale pizza was a little bland. Well worth a visit."

"We went for lunch at this restaurant as it was recommended by another restaurant we were hoping to dine at but they were full.We both chose the €28 three course menu that had a choice of three dishes for each course. We both chose squash soup with a nut oil and the fondant of beef for the first two courses. Desserts were cheese and an assortment of chocolate desserts. A good bottle of wine and coffee and the bill came to €84.The soup was extremely good and the slow cooked beef melted in the mouth. Excellent surroundings and the owner was very helpful, even explaining how to cook a quince we had bought on the local market. Have been in Toulouse and Castres for three days and this was the most memorable meal we have had.Definitely worth visiting."
