Local without particular attention, we arrived and we were greeted as strangers, we were not explained how it worked and especially on the menu the prices were expressed to theetto (as I know how much weighs a cut) at the end with three cutters (to them say 300 grs a one, a haburgher a carpaccio and a plate of chips with some central salami.... we spent the beauty of €96,000. In a closed box we decide with friends to go to dinner in this braceria. The menu is soon served, there is a lot of variety and prices are ultra competitive. The raw material is excellent, no one complains about quality, including me, I am really flattered by what I eat. What brings the 2 stars? It happens that the table is booked at 21:30, we order, we take courses, we want to order more at 22:25 and we are told that the kitchen is closed and that the cook has gone away. Friendly owner kindly apologized for what happened, but I can't do as in a catering shop, with customers at the tables, cook can close the kitchen and relax the turn. The 2 stars are intrinsic to the experience of yesterday, the next time will certainly be higher the rating because you deserve so much, and it was a real shame yesterday, soon.
Great braceria.. After travelling 166 km on foot on the Sentiero del Salento we really wanted a compliment dinner, to try friendly staff and friendly service: Dine in Type of Meal: Dinner Price per person: €10–20
We chose this place by reading good reviews and confirming them. I haven't eaten such a good Parisian steak for many years. Hamburger and mixed roast equally excellent. Very courteous staff who found us a place despite not having booked (what we recommend to do). Great value for money. Really compliments
Here you have the pleasure to taste the famous Salento bombettes, small rolls of meat filled with cheese and meat, expertly prepared by Andrea. They are slightly fried to seal the filling and finished on the grid. Great chicken cut, its tartare, very light and tasty at the right point, as well as all the meat in the grill as Florentine, cut and skewers. Everything is accompanied by the friendliness of the staff, always very kind. Great value for money. I recommend it, try it!
