QUIZAS EL MEJOR CHULETÓN DE CASTRO URDIALES !!! He de reconocerlo, no conocía esta faceta en El Manco No entiendo por que no se dan más a conocer . He sido jurado de chuletón en el certamen internacional de San Sebastian Gastronomika , llevo recorrido en el mundo de la carne tanto en el análisis organoléptico como en ganadería y trazabilidades, y la verdad hacia tiempo que no me encontraba algo como esto. Muy buena materia prima, sellado en su punto, disposición de sales variadas,un servicio excelente..y la piedra siempre atemperada y el precio del pack de risa. No se si será la nueva dirección en El Manco, pero la realidad es que, ESTOS CHIC@S NO DEJAN DE SORPRENDERME !!!
