What Angel Garcia doesn't like about El Ruso:
In general, good raw materials but it does not justify the high quality price ratio. Sea bream at €100 kg and possible aquaculture origin. On the menu they offer you zanburiñas but in reality they are Galician fritters. Recommendation: Always ask for the price of the fish that they offer you off the menu, so as not to be surprised later. View all feedback.
