"I typically love Peet’s and his shop was gorgeous however this was my first time at this location and i had a bad encounter with one of the baristas. I ordered my beverage on the app since it’s promoted all over the store. On the app it gives you the option to order your beverage with “light” sweetener so that’s what i did since I’m not a fan of sweet coffee. After getting my drink i noticed it was extremely sweet so i returned it in hopes that they can remake it so it’s not so sweet. When telling the barista, if they could possibly remake it with less syrup, another barista named Emma with reddish hai rudely said “that’s what i already did” and rolled her eyes in front of the staff there. I was caught off guard and just responded “well can you please make it with even less then please?” And she just gave me a dirty looked and didn’t respond. Her attempt to make me feel stupid was unprofessional and I’ve never experienced this before. I hope she can get the proper training to adjust her attitude or not work with people because no one deserves to be treated like that."

"The food tastes okay and I was happy with the number of vegetarian options they had but there were also several negatives. $21 for a pint of vegetables/textured meat , some rice, and a Coke. They only let you have one refill on soft drinks. They don't accept Discover card. Several of their menu items they no longer sell."

"The good: interior was fairly modern, lots of seating, and no wait. Do not take the booth tables near the door if it is cold outside. The restaurant is busy so the door is almost constantly open. The waitress was grumpy but efficient and I care more about efficiency so the grumpiness is not a deterrent to me.The bad: the banh mi was not good. The meat was fatty and not rendered well, which made the beef tough and chewy. The sandwich is served on a non-toasted French roll instead of a crispy baguette with the flakey bread banh mi sandwiches are known for. The pho was average, not bad, and not great, just ok."

"I just ordered this food and paid $40 for the worst bento box I have ever had. They gave me 4 terrible slivers of cold beef, forgot my rice, tempura was old and ice cold, i have had better sushi at a grocery store."
