The ice service was great, but $10 for a milkshake is ridiculous. Not to mention that it wasn't even a big one. I just pulled a tooth and needed a little smooth, so I paid. As a business owner, I understand the cost of the business. I also understand that a $10 milkshake would get her out of business if it wasn't for her location. I 'll never come back to this Loards ice cream shop. They give the stingiest portions than any Loards I 've ever been to (super small portions) and I 've been to many Loards in the Bay Area.
