Worst Starbucks ever. They said the customer restroom is out of order, and they DON 'T ALLOW customer to use employee restroom which is next to customer restroom. I understand they keep employee restroom for their own use while the other restroom is open, but NO RESTROOM AT ALL?! Never seen this in any other Starbucks in the world. Their drink is bad too. I think this particular starbuck is the secret jewel of the community. It's bent in the corner and only the locals really know it. For a faster personal service. I could add that they have the cleanest public toilet space throughout the Castro Valley.

I thought this Starbucks would have a car based on the information of Google search, but it wasn't. This was the reason why I went 2 other Starbucks to this special, but it was just a walk. Obviously, I was disappointed.
Friendly staff and very clean business. But you could work a little on duty.
Worst location ever. I?ve been here many times and the last two experiences were so weird. I?ve been approached by crackheads, and people who are just scary. The Starbucks on rustic drive in Castro valley is so much more better. I highly recommend it over there. I will not be coming here again
