T4 - Castro Valley

What User likes about T4:
I like T4 and I’ve tried a few stores so far. The tea was yummy as always but I think the workers should be wearing hairnets. I had a hair on the outside of my cup, and then my friend found a hair inside her cup after she drank 3/4 of the drink… View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about T4:
slow down. very long lines. I called in a call-out order that was not prepared until we arrived and waited over a 15-minute line. on the plus side was the man who commanded, very polite and seemed to try to make the things better. View all feedback.
