Desperados Pizzeria - Feedback

What Navigate20090105450 doesn't like about Desperados Pizzeria:
1st time visiting Desperados where 1st impressions were very good. We walked in where we were greeted by the staff member warmly. We were told that the wait for food would be 20 mins in ordering pizzas. Some 60mins later we were reminding the staff of our waiting and were told another 5mins. People were seen collecting orders, waiting staff waiting on tables within the restaurant, which was not very busy at all. Pizza finally received some 65 mins later which in fairness was very good. Advice to all, please do not walk in and wait for your order it will be a while. Phone a head this way the disappointment won’t outshine the good food produced here. The owner, don’t entice customers in with a 20 min wait when the customer will be waiting considerably longer. What chris l likes about Desperados Pizzeria:
Guys, During our last short trip to Sicily, we were looking to eat traditional pizza and came across Desperados Pizzeria. What can we say beside the fact that we had a lovely experience! Small but cosy with very friendly hosts. They offer a wide variety of pizza. I really appreciated the one with spinach and eggs. If you are hungry try the big square ones !
