Frozen Fried Artichoke Hearts were delicious! I cooked them in Air Fryer for 18 minutes which was preheated to 400 degrees. They are available in one or two pound packages in the grout and vegetable part of the building that houses the Giant Artichoke Restaurant. The price is just under $20 per pound. Worth every penny! What User doesn't like about Giant Artichoke Fruits Veg:
I was very disappointed with the quality of produce, as well as the lack of produce. We were going to get a jar of artichokes as a souvenir, they were Kirkland. I do love Costco, but that's not why I went. We used to frequent this place, when I was growing up. It was always fully stocked and fresh. So disappointing. View all feedback.
Oops. Price was $29.98 for two pounds of frozen artichoke hearts, to bake or air fry at home. I made a mistake of saying $20 a pound. They were delicious!

I’ve been going to the Giant Artichoke since 1953 and watched it grow from a tiny walk up window to today’s restaurant. deli and fruit/vegetable ares. My father went there in 1940s, while stationed at Ford Ord, during WW2. Their fried artichokes are as delicious as I remember them being and can be enjoyed at home due to the availability of frozen ones to bake or air fry at home.
Over priced of course. Not much to see. But the fried artichoke hearts were just great.
Adjacent to the restaurant, smaller selection of veggies and fruit, reasonable prices.
Only place I've ever been able to get deep fried artichoke hearts. Worth every penny!
