"We had lunch at Castroville Cafe today. 25 customers in one room have not left our server Connie! Meals were delicious, service was efficient, with each of us order from the extensive menu. And we saw some Castroville popes. Thank you."

"Wonderful pizza. I'm simple and love cheese. However that pesto with garlic knots is so addictive you get full too fast! My gosh it has an amazing look and feel. Why did I never go here before?!? The food was actually too good for my hungry self to takephotos of before I demolished most of it. Yeah. Give it a try. 10/5"

"Live music on Thursday nights and be sure to make a reservation for outside seating where the music is. Large playground area for the kids. Great chicken fried steak and liver and onions. A server at the salad bar will fix your plate with your selections. Most entrees include one trip to the salad bar."

"This chick fil a is probably one of the most complicated areas and parking lot that I've ever been through and I've been to chick fil a in NC and in AZ and it was nothing close to this over half of the parking lot is full of employees and the rest are basically curbside and for delivery there is only around at least 9 free parking spots available for customers so when it gets busy you will basically be driving around in a packed up one way lane to look for a parking. And curbside pick up takes way to long especially when all my wife orders is fries and a drink we wait at least 20 minutes what a shame."

"We were charged for 5 extra drinks and there were only 4 adults at our table, a baby and small child! When we then tried to solve the problem, the waitress acted as if they did not know what we were talking about. our total amount was $91 for 3 plates and nachos! and then an additional gratity bc said we had 6 people if the children didn't even get eaten! definitely try to tear people off!"

"That was a really good value for money. they can not hit a look at the hill for $150 per night. we could not check the spa (the penny time with others) or the bistro (the days we were there closed), but we have the cabanas at the pool and there were many places to sit. it's a 4 star for me because the water pressure in the shower was hard to use and I had more comfortable leaves put on others. I would still recommend this place if they were looking for a cheaper short holiday!"

"I first tried this place in Castroville Texas. I was impressed. Told my wife how delicious the chicken, mac and cheese, and the rolls were. Well last night my wife tells me let's try this place. I ordered her the 4 piece chicken strip combo and she wanted a side of fires. Omg!!!! She loved it. She told me she no longer wants Church's or Bush's chicken. She ended up eating all my mac and cheese. She's now a Golden Chick fan. Thanks for great tasting chicken."

"I worked almost food as a child and didn't mess as much as these special workers. I have my order with over and the order I received was not even close to what I ordered, they threw what they wanted me to suspect in the bag. bag even had my reception with my name on it and still got it wrong. this was not the first, but definitiw will be the last. it is not so difficult to read an order."
