Miss the old location but this one is nice though same great food and service I have one complaint though the smoked salmon wasn't what it used to be me and my friends both purchased some still scales on all of it I eat the skin and lots of marinade and each piece is weighed with paper at 25 dollars a pound I just want smoked salmon not all that other useless weight. The quality of what is on the plate has changed significantly since they moved to the new location. Also, the service has taken a hit as well, if you spend $100 on a to-go order, you should get everything that you ordered which is not always the case. Phil 's used to be a staple and impressive, but the impressive is gone, and been replaced with $25 dollar a plate noodles. View all feedback.
