I have had absolutely horrible customer service with this store by rude young people on the phone, UNTIL NOW!! A man named dashin (I hope I spelt that right) took my order, he was very polite, he knew the menu and at the end of my order he placed it in to a meal that saved $7.00. So for all of that I give a 5 star rating. The way customer service should be. Well done dashin. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza Casuarina:
experience was really bad I ordered the delivery of them and it came very late and pizza was burned. I called loading to inform them about it, but business manager was very rude and heard nothing. kyle is manager very rude and arrogant. View all feedback.
L have waited one more hours for my orders delivery and it hadn‘t come yet. And no one answer the phone call. Suggest to fire all staffs，they don't belong to here. They can have more oppoutunity to get better jobs.
One of the worst dominos outlets ever. They will let you make the order online and contact you to say that they cannot make the order or deliver. Once I asked why you guys accept order if you can’t make and he hung up on me. Would never order from here again.
Guys were great. Took my order and was polite and efficient. Pizza's were nice and hot and all round great customer service. Thanks guys.
Don't even brother, Ordered one pizza and a can of coke and they where not able to make and deliver...........By pass this poorly run store with extremely Un trained staff........ Go to different store and get your food without dramas
Absolutely shocking service from this store. Driver delivered wrong order. Called store to arrange replacement, was told to expect call in five minutes, no call from store after 20 minutes. Called store back and was told order was ready, waiting for driver. 40 minutes later, still waiting for order. When order finally arrived, it was very poor quality. This store needs a change of management staff.
