Blondies - Catasauqua

This restaurant is a hidden gem! They have some of the most delicious cupcakes and an incredible selection of hot dogs (50 different varieties). The hot dog with mac-n-cheese is absolutely amazing and hits the spot perfectly!

These cupcakes are fantastic! There is a wide variety of unique flavor combinations to choose from. We placed our order over the phone for pickup on time. The cupcakes were a hit at my son's birthday party with both us and our guests. We tried the vanilla confetti cakes and peanut butter cookies and cream, both of which were incredibly delicious and moist. The peanut butter cookies and cream even had peanut butter oozing from the center, so tasty! They were also well packaged for easy pickup. We will definitely be ordering again. My only complaint is that the parking situation is not ideal, as the restaurant is located on a busy street with limited street parking and a small lot.

I have been a regular at Blondies for the past seven years. The staff has always been friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure that the experience and food are top-notch. Despite having a smaller menu due to the pandemic, the variety and quality of their cupcakes remain excellent. I will definitely continue to visit in the future.

They went out to make cupcakes for the baby shower I hosted. They were on holiday and still got the job with pink Icing and all.

I have heard so many excellent things about the gluten-free cupcakes - especially when I found out that the owner was celiac. we have tried to call several times together with several emails to order all are unanswered. we have finally abandoned this business due to its lack of customer service and response.
