I really wanted to like the Pho here, but it was just lacking the authentic flavor. My friends and I stopped by on a Monday for lunch and the place was packed. The Pho and Bun Bo Hue broth lacked that strong bone/pork flavor. The Pho I didn't add any hoisin or sriracha and it was still lacking flavor. The BBH tasted like Pho broth with some spices in it.
