Went as a large group of 10. We were sitted right away and orders taken for drinks. I will admit that we had a reservation, so things went smoothly. The service was outstanding. We only had one incident of a forgotten appetizer, other than that it was fantastic. We ordered calamari, nachos, Maryland chowder and regular chowder for appetizers. What User doesn't like about Ships Cafe And Crab House:
Can never get a straight answer about crabs. Either told the wrong time to come or are told the wrong sizes. We have been going here for many years and it always been like this. Other than that the food is really good. The staff is prompt and polite. I actually do recommend Ships. read more.

"Inside: The place is small, outdated and dry looking. There are a few low-top tables in the front and high-top tables in the back... just 2 rows of tables. The best places are in the middle, but you won't miss anything else. The table selection was first offered for the first time. The bar is almost half the size of the seating area. I absolutely hated the video recordings on the TV (some very old and outdated video). Bathroom was clean and spacious, 1 stable for each sex. Staff: I didn't take care of the magician. The bartender was okay. It was very cold outside. The magician came out to ask what customer was first here, as if he wanted us to wait outside to process any customer. I immediately told him it doesn't matter who first came here, we all are made with standing in the cold, which I didn't like the mood I got from him and also not the two customers who were out with us. Show: It was okay. If you are looking for something, then pay the overpriced ticket amount and show yourself early to choose your table. The magician makes card tricks and reads people's minds. He's got some little jokes between his magic. Crowd participation is via the board. He not only selects people from one side of the room. Parking: street parking is tight, unless you go some... Garage Parking requires a short walk Note: You can bring food, but you have to eat it before the show starts. You do not need to use all your drinks cards at the beginning.
