"Good restaurant. The food was good enough, some foods were over-seasoned a little bit. However, the portion sizes are ridiculous. We payed over €8 for a tiny bowl of crème bruleé. A little bit of a rip off. Service was excellent. Lots of staff and they were very friendly and kind. My family sat in quite a crammed space, and the overall restaurant is pretty small and enclosed. A little bit annoying at times. The bill was an outrageous price for only a family of three. Over €200. Overall, nice restaurant but the prices of the food needs to be looked at, it’s a joke."

"While visiting Clifden, my husband and I took advantage of the early bird special at Mitchells. The 3 course meal included appetizer, entree and dessert. The meals were delicious. The server was attentive. It was an excellent value."

"The food that we ate was nice.Fajita wrap was delicious. Nachos and bbq wings ordered as starters but were brought out with the mains so couldn't enjoy the starters as the mains would have been cold. The two waitresses were nice and friendly but could benefit from waitress training. I excused for their attention and they both just looked at me!"
