What Valentino Bertani doesn't like about Tramvai:
Terrible takeaway experience. Ordered from the site at 4pm with delivery at 8.40pm. Not seeing anyone arrive we called and they told us that since it was Saturday they had moved the delivery to 9.15pm. The second delivery time also passed and after a few phone calls the order arrived at 9.40pm... 1 hour late, terrible customer service with arrogant and inappropriate responses and dinner eaten cold.
