"3 Regions has become one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants here in the Phoenix area. Besides having great food and service, they offer more than just Pho and sandwiches, especially if you are looking for other Vietnamese noodle dishes. Just wish they were a little closer to me, but the drive is well worth it."
