I had the chance to meet Bryan, the owner and culinary genius, behind this amazing hidden gem. He was an absolute pleasure to talk to. All the recipes used here are a special proprietary blend ingredients Bryan himself perfected over his years spent in the kitchen. Recently visited because I heard it was closing soon and is known to be very good bbq. I ordered a brisket sandwich combo. Brisket was tender and juicy, bbq sauce was different. I was glad that the brisket was tender enough not to need alot of bbq sauce. I got the baked potato salad as a side, I probably should have went with fries. In addition to a variety of dishes, the menu also offers a assortment of beverages and typical house dishes.
