"3 Regions has become one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants here in the Phoenix area. Besides having great food and service, they offer more than just Pho and sandwiches, especially if you are looking for other Vietnamese noodle dishes. Just wish they were a little closer to me, but the drive is well worth it."

"I can't give 5 stars because they forgot the sauce for my Steak Bites and the toast crisps were very soggy (not edible) and gravy was very cold but the taste of the steak made up for it! Cooked perfectly. They need to pay better attention to take out orders. No cutlery or napkins either."

"It is so beautiful to be at the black friday in cave creek! Surprisingly, today they have many people in this city. re artist studio opens and we checked several. it is very nice to see their artworks and this restaurant is so delicious. it's very packed when we came in for lunch. their foods are delicious. I ordered a cubano and my man ordered a burger. the elders ordered a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast brirrito. I recommend this restaurant when you visit here."
