Originally this was a local working men’s club dating back to 1900. The team behind the stylish Trasierra hotel (just outside the town) have revamped the club and turned it into a destination restaurant, whilst maintaining the friendly local atmosphere. What User doesn't like about Circulo Recreativo Casino:
It's a shame that a town as pretty as Cazalla de la Sierra has a Casino like this. If we talk about the facade, everything is very correct, but the place, once inside, is inhospitable and the people who run it are very unpleasant and rude. The food is bad and the range of activities they offer is terrible. I do not recommend it at all, absolute disappointment. View all feedback.

Nuestra experiencia regular, estuvimos más de 40 minutos esperando dos tapas frías y las gambas al ajillo bastante escasas.
Una comida maravillosa. Fuimos a hacer senderismo por el sendero de la ladera y tras un par de cervezas disfrutamos de la gastronomía del pueblo. Espectacular las mollejas y el lagartito.
Is not what it was before... but always a MUST if you are staying for the events of the village (where it gets quite busy). It 's at the entrance of one of the most important streets so... a typical for locals
Regarding Pedro CM's comment, could you refer to August 20? That day a bullfighting gathering was held without the knowledge or permission of the Casino Board, in which there were more than thirty people from outside the town. They disposed of the central hall as they pleased, removing the tables that were arranged for the catering service. The act that, we insisted, was not authorized was allowed to finish. When asking the gathering who organized such an event, they got upset and did not give any explanation. We understand that this may be the reason for this comment.
