All their dimsum is really good but their Chinese Lumpia is a personal favorite. A pleasant dining experience everytime even if it's out of my way. Update 02/08/19, Having my Chinese Lumpia and Ngohiong. The will to have only 1 rice with them is put to test. And they have the food court they're in, has a good view. read more.

What User doesn't like about Cebu Lumpia House:
Not comparable to the other shopping malls in the city but quite decent enough. It has a dessert place, mini food court, a grocery and a coffee shop among others. I highly recommend the quaint Thai restaurant near the entrance they serve authentic delicious plates. : read more.

"Wtf is wrong with this place. All sandwiches have no descriptions. I ordered a few sandwiches “to try”. Italian sandwich had 4 little tomato slices and a teaspoon of pesto NO MEAT. Traditional had a paper thin slice of prosciutto and lettuce. Napoli had about two teaspoons of brie cheese and lettuce. 200 pesos EACH??? Biggest rip off ever. I would give them zero stars if i could. Seriously ridiculous. I would never order from them again."
