we had two dinners here. it is really difficult to find vegan / vegetarian options in cebu city. Persian palate has two menus, a meat menu and a vegetarian/vegan menu. fatoush salat is one must, in any case they must try. mezes are not deep in taste for a medium sea, but they are acceptable. a bit expensive, but it's worth it.
