We went back after years to taste some raw, as I still remembered the possibility blurred the previous time. Confirmed impression, good raw material, good quality and prices. What Canseliet doesn't like about Il Buongustaio:
Specific some inconsistencies: first of all in Liguria there is no Peschereccio that sells fish to restaurants. The national fish market is in Milan (European Law) . The restaurants of Sanremo and Alassio that make fish, buy it in Milan. This restaurant does not have the characteristics of the owners.
