Ihop - Cedar City

What Joe Gonzales doesn't like about Ihop:
Waitress was ok she could have been better the food was beyond disgusting the food was cold like it came out the refrigerator the gravy was lumpy and powdery and disgusting the ranch for the salads was sour and tasted like it expired we didn't eat none of this nasty disgusting food except one bite we complained but was told we had to pay regardless this location of IHOP is not a good place to goto if you want hot goo...
