What Derek B likes about Ihop:
The food was wonderful and our waitress, Jordyn was very kind and checked our table often. I got the Buffalo Chicken Melt and pancakes with fruit on the side, very tasty! My aunt really enjoyed the gluten free pancakes and was very impressed with them View all feedback.

What Alondra M doesn't like about Ihop:
We arrived waited 15 — 20 min for someone to acknowledge us every server look at us and ignore us the restaurant was empty we decided to go somewhere else with better costumer service View all feedback.

We ordered a delivery. They said it was stolen after an hour. There was no apology or customer service. Your incompetence is not my problem.

"The food is great here! The only downside I would say is the staff. When I mean staff I mean singular. There was a gentleman working the front desk area who was making rude comments and who was watching everyone work. But other than that great atmosphere and great food. "I had been going to Das Cafe off and on ever since they opened. There has been some inconsistency (to be expected , but a few months ago, almost everything I ordered was not right. They skimped the Reuben of enough meat, I got weird white lumps in my carrot cake (batter not stirred enough? and its texture was off, and the potato salad was the worst (bland and sloppy . I informed them of my very poor experience, and her/his unsatisfactory response was enough to taint Das Cafe for all time for me. Somebody needs to take a class in giving good customer service."
